A bit about me
10+ years ago I found myself in exactly the same boat.. fed up with my weight, uncomfortable,unhappy and depressed with the way I looked and felt. I hated having to go clothes shopping because I knew I would come away so frustrated and sad... whilst being told that for numerous reasons I wouldn't be able to have children..
So I figured sod it, I'm going to atleast have control of my weight & find my best self... 5 months later I was 5 stone down! ( 2 years of maintaining and I fell pregnant!!)
The before & After photos are from then, I want to show you how amazing Cambridge was for me 1st time round.
My weight crept up at the end of the pregnancy due to medications I was on amongst normal pregnancy weight gain... then life stresses, bereavements, COVID, Big life changes, health issues... falling back into bad habits.... before long my weight had gone up.
In the last year I had my 2nd baby and made the decision that this year (2025) I would make the change to help other people to reach their goals whilst getting back on track myself and lose my baby weight.
I fully understand life's challenges, I have faced many myself.. there will never be any judgement from me, just a friendly and kind Weightloss Bestie with a listening ear who will be here to support you fully along this journey!
