Teresa  is just amazing,  I am so gratefull I chose her to help me, not only has she helped me to lose my weight, she has also taught me how to take control of my life,  she is not just a Consultant she is now my friend.

Teresa is an amazing Consultant, she didn’t just help me reach my target, she held my hand all the way. Teresa tailor's her support to meet individual needs. She didn’t just help me but helped several of my friends after I introduced her. It was the combination of safe products and a brilliant Consultant who knew what she was doing. Teresa was my teacher and friend. She was always available, so hard times didn’t feel tough after speaking to her. My target was not to just reach my goal weight but be happy and she helped me gain that happiness.

Teresa has been there for me throughout  my weight loss journey.  I found my guardian diet angel, Teresa.  I saw a kind lady on the 1:1  website, and my gut instinct was so spot on, she has become my dear friend over the last six weeks.  Her dedication and true inspiration keeps me going, nothing is too much trouble.  I look forward to her weekly visits, not only for my weigh in but the encouragement and sheer willpower she gives to keep me on track.
