I had never heard of Cambridge Weight Plan before until I saw Sarah's transformation. That made me realise how effective it can be. Sarah is a fantastic support and is there 24/7 be it texting or posting on her Facebook site she is there for all of us. I am near the end of my journey now and know that I wouldn't have been on track if it wasn't for her invaluable support and belief in the programme and ME.
