I've always struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember.
I have suffered with emotional eating habits in every sense of the word..as a treat when celebrating or used as a comfort blanket when things haven't always been great. I am now learning that eating my emotions doesn't solve anything but only creates another problem.
Since 2023, I have now lost over three stone following the steps of the plan.
