I live by lovely Morecambe Bay and I cover Lancashire, Cumbria, and West Yorkshire. I also offer UK wide virtual support.

Because I understand that life can often be busy and demanding, I offer a flexible service tailored to suit your individual needs. Whether it be at your home, your workplace, or virtually, appointments are available 7 days a week including early mornings from 7am, and some evenings up untill 10pm.

About me:

I've struggled with my weight from early childhood and throughout most of my adult life. From unhappy schooldays, to being frightened of being fat and forty, I had tried every diet in the book until finally I found The 1:1 Diet and my life completely turned around. Using the steps, and with the support of my Consultant, I lost TEN stones in just nine months* even with poor mobility due to Lipeodema, and felt fitter, healthier, and better about myself than ever before.

I have been an Accredited Consultant since 2006 and I am passionate about what I do. Over the past 19 years I have worked with thousands of clients to achieve and then maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. I honestly believe that The 1:1 Diet offers the best weight loss and management plan on the market today. It worked for me and it will for you too!!
