Hi, my name is Mandy. I am a busy working mum of 2 and part of a multi award winning team.
I have always been unhappy about my weight, trying every diet available but never managing to maintain my weight loss; that is until Cambridge Weight Plan came along. After taking the plunge I haven’t looked back and I feel so passionate about it that I became a consultant, as I want to share how great it feels.
It was the impending ‘Christmas do’ that initiated my journey with CWP, along with a big birthday due too (the big five 0!!). I’d decided that this was to be my last attempt at losing weight and trying to keep it off. I wanted to wear the dress of my choice, so I looked on line to see what fad diet I could do next and I noticed a friend had done the Cambridge diet; she looked really happy, so I contacted her and she gave me the number of her consultant. I made the call and I have never looked back. As for my ‘Christmas do’, I bought the dress that I wanted to wear and it felt amazing.
The plan was so easy to follow, I even managed to cook Sunday lunch every week for my family and still stick to it! As meals are nutritionally balanced, I felt so healthy and full of energy. One of the things I liked most about the plan was the one-to-one confidential sessions with my consultant. She was always there with support and advice whenever I needed her.
