I am an experienced, supportive  weight loss Consultant. We are now able to plan those special occasions,  but if your not feeling your best and you want to make changes, I am here to help you get rid of that unwelcome weight gain, and see your SPARKLE return and confidence grow.  I'm based on Parkside in the heart of Stafford close to Eccleshall, Weston and Stone, however I can also be your consultant UK wide.

As your Consultant I offer

* If your dieting with me from a different location I can safely post products to you

I can share with total confidence how successful this fantastic Weight Loss Plan is both personally and in supporting my Husband on his significant weight loss journey. Jan Bethell is a brilliant consultant! I was in a low place when I signed up with Jan after having tried other diets and failing. I was creeping up a size at a time and hated how I looked.
