I'm based in Inverness and can offer face to face consultations in my home...however I can support you just as effectively anywhere in the UK virtually, by phone, video call, messaging and can arrange your products to be delivered directly to your home address!

I used every excuse, baby weight (my eldest is 32!), menopause, and i gallantly supported all food related small businesses doing deliveries during lockdown!
