In May 2014, after being inspired by family members who were losing weight using The One 2 One Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan I decided to give it a go! After 30 years of trying every other weight loss plan available, having some success but always gaining it back (and more) and never reaching my goal weight I found The One 2 One Diet. I have dropped 3 dress sizes, 3 stone* and am now maintaining. I wouldn't say it was easy but it was so worth it . 

My weight loss has already inspired many of my friends to begin their journey and I am now excited to help others and show you that The One 2 One Diet is life changing, simple and uncomplicated and produces quick results. You will never be alone, I will always be here to support you whether you have a little or a lot to lose to reach your goal. I offer 1-1 weekly appointments although I'm always here if you need me in between.

You can come to me or I can visit you at home or work making it convenient to work around your children and work commitments. I offer evening and weekend  appointments.
