We see our slimmers face to face in our lovely DORKING shop on Dene Street (by appointment on Tuesdays and Saturday morning), from my home in Reigate (Thursdays/Fridays), and support slimmers across the UK online!

Having been a successful Consultant for 16 years with The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan, I've witnessed first hand how it can change lives, grow confidence, and put the genuine smile back on people's faces. I lost almost 6st myself 17 years ago, and now I'm passionate about helping you achieve the result you want, so much so that supporting and cheering you on your journey is my full time job!

I love the simplicity of the Plan, the great tasting food products, the flexibility to include conventional food, and most of all, that I get to meet and support so many lovely people just like you to achieve your goals!

My husband, Stu, has also been a consultant for 9 years having left the Army for a different kind of coaching role – with you - and is currently training as a secondary History teacher! He still supports clients in the shop on Saturdays.
