Let’s shrink together

Hi I’m Colette mum of 3 and a Nanna to 2 beautiful granddaughters.  I’ve always been known as the “big un from Wigan”.  Until my daughters 21st birthday no dress to fit me my shoes were even tight.  No shops to buy clothes at size 24/26.  On seeing the photos I decided enough was enough.  At 19 stone 10lbs I began the journey on and off at first but now nearly 4 years later I’m 12st 9.  And could not feel better about life.  I have a passion fo life and portray that into others.  The 1:1 Diet gives me confidence I never knew was possible.  I now would like to share my love for this with you.  I’m a very compassionate person and go above and beyond to help people.
