I become a consultant for 1:1 following the huge success I have had on plan . October 2021 I took the leap to do something about my happiness & by February 2022 I had lost 4 stones in just 16 weeks!!

Weight loss to many is just about the numbers on the scales but never really about breaking those habits you have with food & how to deal with your mindset . I want to help you learn how to break the cycle & to overcome those habits food puts on you .

About me ;

Growing up I never really had any problem with my weight I was always quite slim, fast forward to 2017 following the birth of my first child I was catapulted into the crazy life that is motherhood . I soon began to neglect myself as I was more focused on my son & I soon began to pile on the lbs . I developed some terrible eating habits of not eating all day & binging of an evening with a mindset of “it’s okay I’ve not eaten all day” - how wrong could I have been . 2020 came & Covid hit , I was pregnant with our second child & hospitalised for a long period of time during lockdown , our daughter was born at just 31 weeks gestation & had quite the stay in NICU. This hit me very hard & I turned to food in order to cope with my emotions . Little did I know that turning to food to “cope” was not coping at all in fact it was making me worse. I soon labelled myself as "too busy" to eat well & the nightly binging continued. October 2021 was a turning point for me on a family holiday looking at footage captured of me & my family playing bought me to tears, something HAD to change.

This is where my journey began & I havent looked back.

How’s this different to other diet plans?

The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.
