Hi we're Lisa and Lester

Hello! Thank you for looking at my page.

I'm a fully trained 1:1 Diet Silver Consultant based at Beauty by Design, Crumspall, Manchester. M8 5FB. My husband Lester is a fully trained Consultant and has recently joined me to take charge of Male Clients.

Whatever your weight loss goals are, I will help, support and motivate you through every step of your weight loss journey.

There are no group meetings or weekly subscriptions, it's all carried out on a individual 1:1 basis and is strictly confidentional. 

The 1:1 Diet has personally helped me with significant weight loss.  I started my journey after trying a vast majority of other diets. In recent years, during lockdown and going through the menopause contributed in signifcant weight gain! 

After deciding to give the 1:1 Diet a go, I was staggered when lost nearly one and half stone in my first 9 weeks. I followed the Steps and with the help and support from my Consultant, I went on to lose a total of 37lbs. Having worked throught the various Steps, finding one that suits my current lifestyle, I am delighted to be able to maintain my weight loss. 

Since losing and maintaining my weight loss, my confidence and my energy levels have gone through the roof!

You are totally in control of your situation, I will help and guide you through every step of the plan, give you all the support and motivation to get to you goal weight.
