Change starts with you-and me!
Standing on the scales and realising that I was heavier than when I was full term pregnant gave me the final push to take action! I was classed as 'obese' when I started my weight-loss journey but I am now a healthy BMI, having lost nearly 5 stone, and I am tantalisingly close to my chosen weight-loss goal!
And now it's the time for me to share my love for The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan with others, so that they can experience the joy and confidence that it has brought me. It's my turn to pay it forward!
I am based in Sutton Coldfield. Due to three inquisitive(!) young children I offer support via phone-calls, WhatsApp/texts and Zoom/Teams, based on your individual needs. Locally, you can collect or have your products delivered. We can also chat then! If you live elsewhere in the UK, I can post out your yummy products!
Losing weight has:
*allowed me to be involved in my children's activities, rather than be their spectator. I can clamber in the soft play area, play football in the garden, or chase after them on their bikes in the park.
*helped me find 'me' again. It's hard to find 'me-time' with three children under 6. Pre-children, running was my release, but my attempts during Lockdown were halted as my knees were in agony. Now I am regaining my fitness, getting some 'me-time', and am not in pain!
*benefitted my health. I developed excruciating Carpel Tunnel Syndrome in two of my pregnancies and Gestational Diabetes in the other. Because I had GD I am tested annually for diabetes as I have a 1 in 2 chance of developing Type 2 Diabetes. Losing weight has reduced this risk.
*let me wear my wedding, engagement and eternity rings. At work I can only wear my wedding band for Infection Control reasons. My weight-gain during maternity leave prevented me wearing all three rings when I had the freedom to do so. I was gutted. Now I love to wear them, and enjoy the sparkles when I pop them back on at the weekend!
The 1:1 Diet is helping me to:
*keep my weight in check,
*make better food choices,
*really relish and enjoy going out-out and,
*be a better role model for my children.

How do I find the right Consultant?
When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.
How’s this different to other diet plans?
The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.
What’s the Awards and Achievements panel on Consultant’s webpages?
You might have noticed each Consultant has an awards and achievements panel on their profile. Being a Consultant brings loads of benefits and as they build their business, Consultants achieve awards for their hard work. This might be from superb support to all of their clients to help them hit those weight-loss goals, to helping others in their team build their own successful business. The 1:1 Diet is all about recognising and rewarding these efforts and part of the reward is giving Consultants badges on their webpage, to show you what they’ve achieved.
