Hey, well done on taking the first step to take back your life!! I am excited for you and together we will smash this. 2021 is nearly over, lets end it on a high and go in 2022 a healthier, happier you, ever step of the way I will support and guide you to make these last 5 weeks count. 

9 years ago the penny well and truly dropped for me. Married, 5 kids under 8, running our own construction firm it was full on and go go go all the time. I lived on pepsi max and cigarettes, I was a perfect size 8, but I was also on the road to leaving all that behind far to early. After what at first doctors thought was heart attack at 29 years old I was given a stark warning, stop smoking today or you will be back here and might not be going home. 

I walked out of hospital and never smoked again, but, then I replaced cigarettes with food. When the children used to have lunch I would pop out the garden for a cigarette, now I was sitting down with them eating a lunch, then their left overs. My appetite was back.

This turned into afternoon snacking, breakfast in the cafe with hubby when they were all in fulltime school. Mcdonalds breakfasts, late night Maltesers and a few glasses of baileys my habits were just as unhealthy but I justified it by saying at least I don't smoke anymore. 

The weight went on, I looked in the mirror, size 8 a distant memory, and thought its fine, you've had five kids, packed in smoking, its fine. Justifying it to myself jut made it worse. As my consultant says, you are not a dog why are you rewarding yourself with food!

I felt rubbish because what I was eating was rubbish. Thousands of calories that were not fuelling my body just feeding it.

I made the jump. Got on plan and within days I felt better, fuelling my body rather than loading it up with sugar rushes and carbs that were not being used. It made all the difference, a reset button to feeling amazing, happier, in control and getting to where I want to be, it’s tough but I will be there every step of the way, I’ve done it, you can too!

Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. How’s this different to other diet plans?

Being a Consultant brings loads of benefits and as they build their business, Consultants achieve awards for their hard work. This might be from superb support to all of their clients to help them hit those weight-loss goals, to helping others in their team build their own successful business.
