I offer consultations free of charge, followed by weekly weigh ins either in person or virtually that can be booked on weekdays or weekends.
My support to my clients is totally tailored to what they want, it can be as little or as often as they need or desire.
Although I am based in Bolton I can also support anybody from anywhere within the UK & ROI all from the comfort of your own home.
I absolutely love being a consultant as I feel like I’m giving something back and would love to help you on your next set of goals.
