Hi, my name is Kat!

A little bit about me:

I am currently on my 6 stone weight loss journey with this amazing diet, so far I have lost over 3 stone within 16 weeks and continue to stick to the plan to get to goal. I want to help others in the same position as me obtain their weight loss goals so join me on my journey and we can help each other!

I started this diet due to having gained 2 stone over lockdown on what was already my heaviest weight at the time, this in turn increased fertility issues from the side effects caused by PCOS. This is the only diet that I have tried that has helped towards regulating my periods without medicated assistance for a long time, giving me back that hope of having children in my future. 

I decided to become a consultant even though I am still on my own journey, as I believe in the diet so much I did not want to wait until I reached goal. I believe it is a wonderful position to be in to help motivate each other along the way and combat any concerns together to help each other reach our goal weights. 

I would like to help other women who have PCOS / hormonal imbalance issues and to help reduce that belly fat and restore hormonal balance although everyone is welcome to join me in my journey.

Whatever your journey, big or small, I’ll help find the best plan and be with you every step of the way. 

I offer face-to-face, remote & virtual UK support and through my team, support all over Ireland too.

I am based in Buckinghamshire and can cover Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire face to face.

Virtually I can cover all over the UK including but not limited to: Essex, London, Surrey, Sussex, Middlesex, Gloucestershire, Berkshire, Kent, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Yorkshire, Cambridgeshire, England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland, you name it, I can help you!

Remote clients will have their orders sent once every 2 weeks and have once weekly video call catch ups/weigh ins plus daily calls/texts/support. I will offer as much or as little support as you need.

How do I find the right Consultant?

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.

How’s this different to other diet plans?

The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.

What’s the Awards and Achievements panel on Consultant’s webpages?

You might have noticed each Consultant has an awards and achievements panel on their profile. Being a Consultant brings loads of benefits and as they build their business, Consultants achieve awards for their hard work. This might be from superb support to all of their clients to help them hit those weight-loss goals, to helping others in their team build their own successful business. The 1:1 Diet is all about recognising and rewarding these efforts and part of the reward is giving Consultants badges on their webpage, to show you what they’ve achieved.
