After struggling to lose weight, I was finally able to lose 3 stones with the ‘Cambridge Diet’
Over the years, due to work, a busy lifestyle and LOCKDOWN, I gained a lot of weight without even realising.

Since 2015, I spent a lot of time and research adopting and trying ineffective diet plans to help me lose weight. None actually worked, instead, I ended up wasting money and time, no matter how hard I tried.

I was introduced to the ‘1:1 Cambridge Diet’ from an old school friend who was on the diet plan. She gave me really good reviews, so I had to give it a go.

Furthermore, the physical results I saw from her appearance really motivated me to adopt this diet plan, which turned out to be the best decision I made in my life.

I looked at the diet for a while and with one-to-one support I felt that I could stick to it because loads of people have done it with successful result.


From mid October 2020 to end of December 2020 I lost enough weight and have achieved my target result. I was so excited, I wanted to be part of this program and share this excellent diet plan with friends, families and even other people! As I know, how it feels being low when diet plans don’t work! 

The Cambridge Diet is a meal replacement program which helped me take control of my bad eating habits and eat more healthy, while actually enjoying what was in the diet plan.

Since I started the plan I was losing around 2lbs per week, 

which kept me motivated throughout my targets. Every body is different, some may achieve better results, some may take a little longer. But for sure, sticking to the plan works!

If you are wondering about where to start with your weight loss journey or how to get rid of stubborn fat, my advice is to adopt this diet plan!

This diet plan was a life changing decision for me. I feel more confident and the dresses that I could wear before my weight gain, finally fit me again!
