START LOSING UNWANTED WEIGHT
My aim is to provide you with a truly clear and easy guidelines on just how you can practice healthier eating that support your routine, well-being and body-shape goals.
I am a busy mum of 2 kids. After having my first daughter, I had no time for workouts, or joined any weight loss group nor adhered to any specific healthy meal plan to help loose my after-birth weight before conceiving for my second child. I was confirmed to be pre-diabetic after experiencing gestational diabetes with my second pregnancy. My eating habit was unhealthy.
From my usual 65kg weight and size 10-12, I gradually went to sizes 14-16 and then proceeded to 16 -18 with a 98kg weight. It was when the option of size 18-20 clothing size was staring at me that my weight gain became a concern to me.
I tried using some general common-sense initiative like; taking some weight loss pills, engaging in exercises and gym work outs, cutting down on some certain foods and fizzy drinks. I also tried selecting foods on low calorie content of foods and was getting much more in tune with which foods kept me feeling fuller for longer and which foods didn’t. But they were not working for me.
Trying to fit into my clothes with a bit of struggle all the time made me feel so conscious and concerned. A constant comments reminder from family members and friends did help to provoke me on!
Miraculously, a friend introduced me to the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight plan. Initially, I found it like a fairy tale to grab what she was explaining until she told me it worked for her. I started it and lost 4kg in 7 days!!!!Amazing!!!
Since then, I have never looked back on the meal plan. I am slimmer now than I was initially. Am still on the plan.
My colleagues at work and friends obviously noticed my weigh drop and new sexy look. They all became so interested in joining me on this journey to achieve their own fantastic new look.

How’s this different to other diet plans?
