For years I have known what it feels like to try to lose weight and then to put it back on. It felt like a rollercoaster and all I wanted to do was to be slim, healthier and to feel good about myself. My experience felt lonely and full of emotions, usually self-criticism. If you are wanting to lose weight but are worried about the challenge ahead, then I am here to support you every step of the way. Throughout anyone’s weight loss journey, empathy is key to understanding what and why we do what we do, without judgement.
As a 1:1 Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant, I will guide you through each step of your specific plan, which is tailored for you and your lifestyle. I provide realistic and supportive guidance to all of my clients depending on their needs and wants. Each client is different and my role is to ensure that my clients succeed but on their own terms, regardless of whether they take the direct or scenic route. Weight loss journeys are individual with rewards and frustrations experienced along the way. I know what it is like to embark on a weight loss plan for the first and umpteenth time, but with 1:1 Cambridge Weight Plan, you are in the driving seat, with me as your co-pilot, providing you with as much guidance and support, as I possibly can.
My story started when I was 14 and growing up very fast and very tall. Back then I didn’t know what I know now but several years (ermm…decades) later, I still want to be accountable for my weight loss; therefore I decided to be come a Cambridge 1:1 Diet Consultant to support my clients but also be accountable to them. My clients provide me with learnings into different weight loss routes, so that I can continuously improve as a consultant. My consultancy has only recently started, but I would like to share my experiences and knowledge being a client myself.
How we see ourselves is far-reaching; it is important that we are happy with what we see in the mirror. Being our own self-critic can be very difficult but starting your of 1:1 Cambridge Weight Plan. You will find that those negative voices can become quieter, as the results are evident both in the mirror and on the scales.

How do I find the right Consultant?
When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.
How’s this different to other diet plans?
The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.

You might have noticed each Consultant has an awards and achievements panel on their profile. Being a Consultant brings loads of benefits and as they build their business, Consultants achieve awards for their hard work. This might be from superb support to all of their clients to help them hit those weight-loss goals, to helping others in their team build their own successful business. The 1:1 Diet is all about recognising and rewarding these efforts and part of the reward is giving Consultants badges on their webpage, to show you what they’ve achieved.
