We all have a story and I'm here to listen to yours, guide you and support you whilst going through what you're going through. Even if you're not sure if this diet is for you yet that's okay because the most important part is that you've realised you want to make a change and lose some weight, that could be 9 stones or 2 stones either way I can help you because not only have I lost 19kg thus far, but because I will be feeling everything you are feeling as my journey is still not complete so you'll have a qualified diet buddy and cheerleader with experience in weight loss, the challenges and a bag of tricks to help you on your journey.
My story is complex and can be found on Instagram @one2one.parisa or happy to explain on the phone but in short I was hospitalised after a TIA, with 3 blood clots in my head, haemorrhage behind my eyes where I was losing my vision - 18 months recovery I put on a lot of weight as I was mainly resting and unable to exercise. The weight piled and I got scared. I then really educated myself on the concept of calories IN calories OUT. But post recovery with a hectic life and unpredictable work schedules it was hard to find time to eat clean and workout 5 times a week.
The 1:1 Diet which essentially is the same concept as a calorie deficit diet has the meals portioned out and easy to carry it was a God send and I never thought I could enjoy the taste of food whilst having such low calories and what I love is that it's not just a shake and soup diet, there are actual meals like Spag Bol and Mac & Cheese.
So ask yourself, are you sick and tired of being sick and tired of worrying about your weight? Waiting for motivation to just arrive? I can tell you that it won't, because motivation comes from momentum - that means when you start seeing yourself drop those pounds that's when the motivation will come and keep you going!

How’s this different to other diet plans?
The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.

Being a Consultant brings loads of benefits and as they build their business, Consultants achieve awards for their hard work.
