Done all the diets,found it all a bit painful,slow and not working with my life.I found the 1:1 Diet and thought why not -the Plan plus my supportive consultant who had a bit of a no nonsense approach (just what I needed) got me through a tough week1 but I had made the commitment to do it and the buzz of that week one achievement is still with me.11 lbs off and then a consistent 3 lbs a week.The beauty of the plan is that consistency is the key but if you do start to take the “scenic route” there is no big debate to get back -grab your products a shaker plus a bottle of water and your on plan-just like that!
Im still on my journey but want to help others -Weight is not all about looks and cloths it’s about feeling good from the inside out -Weight loss for me starts in the head and sometimes you have to just get out of your own way and put yourself back in charge of You!
We all need a Why-
So whilst working toward a healthy weight and BMI there are lots of “Wins” along the way to help you with your WHY which can be immediately obvious to you or be defined over time...
Some of mine are..Health improvements via reduced blood pressure ,walking without getting breathless,no seat belt extender on the plane,putting my shoes on standing up ,wearing knee high boots but most importantly for me the buzz of getting on plan and seeing results.

Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength.
