My story ...
My issues with weight started when I was in high school. I had a lot of very slim friends and always believed I was considered the 'fat friend'. Although looking back, there was nothing wrong with my weight. I then took that mentality with me to university where I did start to pile on the weight. I tried all sorts of different diets and some were successful but then as the years went on, I slowly put all the weight back on and then some.
Fast forward to January 2019. I got engaged and was over the moon. But then this fear crept in. I was at the heaviest I had ever been and the thought of trying on wedding dresses made me feel sick. Again, I tried to lose weight. I would lose a stone then put a stone back on. Nothing seemed to stick. Then the pandemic hit, and I piled more weight on. I was miserable and so desperate to make a change.
And that is when I found the 1:1 Diet. I searched for a consultant and nervously made contact. From that day, I have never looked back. It is the best thing I have ever done. I started in May and got to target in October 2020, just in time for my first wedding dress appointment. I felt amazing in all the dresses and managed to find THE ONE! Fast forward to May 2021. I got married! I was in my perfect dress feeling happy and confident.
My consultant was fantastic. She held me accountable, motivated, and encouraged me to get to my goal. This diet has taught me so much about myself, my bad habits and making better choices. I have been maintaining my new weight now for a year. I am happy, healthy, and confident again. I am determined to help others reach their goals. I would love to go on that journey with you.

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.
How’s this different to other diet plans?
The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant.
