A bit about me…

I’ve trodden the corporate boards over the last 30 years in senior management roles and travelled extensively both for work and pleasure.  During this time the stresses of project deadlines, a corporate travel lifestyle and trying to juggle home life impacted my mental and physical wellbeing, resulting in ballooning weight.  

I’ve struggled with my weight most of my life.  The adage “if only I was as thin as when I first thought I was fat” is very profound to me.  I have yo-yo dieted my way through my life, regaining weight and adding a few extra pounds with each wacky diet. 

That is until I found the incredible support and products that make up the 1:1 diet. When I discovered 1:1, I found a way to manage my weight with confidence, even when I had a busy executive job with lots of travel.  Most importantly, I gained new passion for life!  

This diet changed my life and now as a 1:1 Consultant, I want to help you do and feel the same.

Short of time?  I am flexible and can fit in with your home, work and travel schedule – offering individual, confidential appointments online, at my home, or in the comfort of yours.  

Worried about your first meeting? I know how important it is to have support and am happy if you want to include a friend or family member at your appointments.

Worried about how you’ll keep going?  I was too, but like my consultant was for me, I am here for you… online, on the phone, or in person to keep you motivated and focused on your goal, whenever you need me.

Do you have work travel plans?  I can support you nationwide (or worldwide!) from my home base in West Berkshire.
