Let's face it- who hasn’t been taught that some foods are -naughty, others healthy choices; 5-a-day, do more exercise, eat less, buy £200 worth of supplements, sleep more, drink more water... how are we supposed to wade through & pick out what's going to help in the long run?
I go all in- someone tells me they lost weight doing blah- next day I’ve bought the book, the app, the video. 2 weeks later I'm back to my usual habits & hardly better off, with a cupboard full of items I’ll never use again! With no accountability & a busy life, it takes time & effort to meal plan each time; & money which sadly, doesn’t grow on trees.

When I started this diet, I would have described myself as a whale (no disrespect to whales). I had been happily putting on the pounds as my relationship got more secure only for it to end, & me be left in darkness for sometime. When I emerged, my friend suggested I went with her to her consultant & I’ve never looked back. Due to my depression, I didn’t stay on target all of the time, but with my consultant’s help, I felt supported; not ashamed or useless. Instead of feeling pushed, I felt nurtured- & who doesn’t need a little pampering when you go out with friends & order fizzy water instead of a g&t?!
I also won’t leave you when you’ve reached your goal. This diet quietly & effectively changes your food buying choices as it guides you along so you never feel harassed into changing your lifestyle. You’ll open your cupboards & be pleased by what you see.
I hope you can tell by what I write that it is the first diet that has kept me healthy & kept the weight off & fills me with warmth. Happiest 2021 to you all!

How do I find the right Consultant?
When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.
How’s this different to other diet plans?
