I have struggled for years with my weight. I love exercise, everything from spinning classes, pilates and yoga, to weight training, and I love running. But nothing ever worked. I suffer from fatigue linked to Fibromyalgia developed during pregnancy, and could only sustain the exercise for limited amounts of time. Nowhere near enough time for weight loss. Combined with the effects of the onset of the menopause, I seemed to be always fighting a losing battle.

Little things had started to niggle.... the horrid photo (again!), knees just starting to ache, the dreaded mirror! My sister had done the 1:1 Diet and I'd seen the results.  I saw online about the 21 Day Challenge,  picked up the phone and got into action.

If you can lose weight through exercise, you'll know you can put the weight back on if you stop exercising.  Of course it does, it makes sense. The 1:1 Diet is nutritionally balanced to give you what you need every day using the required amount of products for each Step of the 1:1 Diet, and in the process re-educates you as to what you need to eat and how much. The choice as to whether the weight stays off is up to you. Again, it makes sense.

I am fit, healthy, do a 35 minute fast paced dog walk every day...if you've met my husband you'll know how hard I have to work to keep up! And Yoga when I can fit it in. I am not lazy and I needed something that worked for me.

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.

How’s this different to other diet plans?
