My story so far

I am a friendly, understanding and dedicated consultant ready to help you on your weight loss journey. 

I had been on the cycle of yoyo dieting for most of my adult life..

Add to that.. work stress..children..home..family commitments..( and the dreaded menopause) it all added up to one thing. NO THOUGHT FOR ME- grabbing anything for the easiest to eat between rushing from one chore to another.Comfort eating, emotionally  eating and forming an unhealthy relationship with food.

It was the invaluable help and support of my 1:1 consultant that finally helped me break the cycle- losing over 2 stones in just 3 months and keeping it off!!

That is what I want to do for YOU...
However much you need to lose to reach a healthier weight or even drop a dress size for your holiday, the 1:1 plan helps educate us on how to reach a steady,maintainable nutritional balance. There are guidelines of course but it's also up to you where you want to be.

My passion is to help you find and bring out your happy self, to boost your confidence, to feel good and in control!

 I've done the plan myself and will know how you are feeling and will be there to cheer you along when you need me to!

I live in Mexborough and can cover the local surrounding area. I have a home salon which is very covid safe where you can  visit me confidentially  ( in normal times)  or I can arrange to come to you. At the moment , with social distancing, we can arrange a WhatsApp face time call or phone call to discuss your plan .I take cash and bank transfer payments.

There is NO contract, NO consultation fees, NO local delivery charge, you just pay for the tasty products you buy.
