Being a Mum, I was on a never-ending perpetual state of cleaning, cooking, washing, and parenting. For 2 years after the birth of my second, I found myself in a very dark place mentally, unable to hold down the job I loved, not wanting to be in the marriage I felt stuck in and to be honest, I was falling out of love with my children and myself.
After going down a dark path mentally and leaving the job I liked, I got the professional help I needed and thankfully, I got better and we saved our marriage. Essentially, I was reminded that IT WAS OKAY TO PUT ME FIRST. In fact, it was crucial to breaking these negative behaviours and habits I had ingrained into my life back then and besides then setting up my own business, I looked at changing my diet.
I had tried SO MANY DIETS, but none of them actually kept the weight off. If life hadn’t thrown enough curveballs at me, I then started THE MENOPAUSE! And then COVID-19 and LOCKDOWN happened and food became the only thing I looked forward to. The pounds piled on and it wasn’t until I caught sight of myself on a video that I realised I was horribly overweight. I hated it.
Just by chance, I met a 1:1 diet consultant. He explained how it had changed his life and his clients’ lives. That was important for me. I wanted something that I could start immediately and fit into lockdown restrictions. This 1:1 diet fit the bill so I started straight away.
Within my first week, I lost nearly half a stone. Being a 47 year old short woman (only 5ft tall), my extra weight really showed but I kept my goal realistic and decided I wanted to lose just over 2 stone – taking me to 8.5stone.
And after 8 weeks, I reached my goal.

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.
How’s this different to other diet plans?
