Hi, I'm Shaimaa!

Having trialled other weight loss programmes with little success, I eventually tried my luck with the Cambridge Weight Loss Programme, and lost over 2 stones – mostly during the lockdown!

I founded my own supplementary school and am a voluntary chaplain at a local college amongst other community outreach roles.  Therefore, I’m naturally a friendly, trustworthy, approachable consultant who enjoys meeting and helping people of all ages and backgrounds in my daily work. I am determined to help you work towards your desired weight loss target!

As a mother of three young children who has to juggle several commitments, I understand how difficult it can be to lose weight and consistently adhere to any diet plan with a demanding schedule. 

Nevertheless, I can honestly vouch that this diet plan has been the simplest and most practical that I followed, as it offers tasty, filling and nutritious products in spite of any diet restrictions that you may have, including vegetarian, vegan or religious lifestyle. 

You won’t have to worry too much about meal options, yet you’ll have the flexibility to incorporate and enjoy homemade meals into the plan with your friends and family.

How do I find the right Consultant?

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. How’s this different to other diet plans?

The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.
