Healthy Habits for Life?!
Are you sick of yo yo dieting? Have you always tried to loose weight and failed? Have you accepted you now won't and now lack the confidnce to get fitter, healthier and loose the weight? Well read on....
This was me. Before I embarked on the 1:1 Diet. I was having a tough time in life and food and wine had become my solace and comfort. I was eating takeaways and over eating and drinking wine most nights. Even when I was cooking healthy delicious food my poirtion size was out of control (but always looked small next to my hubbys who worked out 5 days a week!) I knew something had to change. Ironically my hubby was a real gym bunny but I didnt have the confidence when I was bigger to go to a class or a gym as I didnt feel fit enough.
When I started to believe and see I could loose weight with the 1:1 Diet I started to realise I could achieve anything. I had always wanted to run (knowing that runners say the high and clarity for your mind is unreal) so I did. I started running, began yoga, and in the end did feel confident enough to join a gym with my hubby and learn to lift weights! I was overcoming previous Failures and Fears and started to achieve things I never thoguht I could - I ran a half marathon, I climbed Snowdon, began paddleboarding too and got some new qualifications too! Things I never dreamt I would achieve...and my journey had started with the 1:1 Diet. And yours can too....

I am married to Al and we have a naughty yellow labrador called izzie. I love the simple things in life like walking my pocch in the countryside, going for a run with my music blasting, reading a great book, coffee, being creative, cooking and the odd G&T or glass of wine too.

How do I find the right Consultant?
When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.
How’s this different to other diet plans?
The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.
What’s the Awards and Achievements panel on Consultant’s webpages?
You might have noticed each Consultant has an awards and achievements panel on their profile. Being a Consultant brings loads of benefits and as they build their business, Consultants achieve awards for their hard work. This might be from superb support to all of their clients to help them hit those weight-loss goals, to helping others in their team build their own successful business. The 1:1 Diet is all about recognising and rewarding these efforts and part of the reward is giving Consultants badges on their webpage, to show you what they’ve achieved.
