Hi, I'm Kira!

Take it one step at a time!

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to take a look at my webpage, here i begin to tell you a little about myself and my story. My name is Kira I have always worked within childcare settings and am currently finishing my Early Childhood Studies degree. My weight strugggles began during my pregnancy (which i know is typical) around 6 years ago. I definitely ate for 2 or 3 but i guess that's easily done when you are craving naughty treats. After giving birth to my daughter I yoyoed back and forth with my weight but managed to lose a little weight here and there. However, this weight soon piled on after I got married as I become VERY settled in home life and allowed more and more weight to creep on. I gained 4 and a half stone since pre-pregnancy; I was a massive emotional eater and a typical evening included my husband bringing home takeaways far too many evenings due to his hunger. Takeaways have always held me back from sticking to diets however when my health became massively affected I was unable to walk up the stairs without feeling out of breath, so i knew deep down i needed to change my ways. I then needed an inhaler but I knew this was only down to me being over weight! My mum (who is also my sponser) was losing a lot of weight very quickly and i became intrigued to learn more. I began my journey around 6 months ago however most evenings I would cave into takeaways and tell my mum a few tales (sorry mum). As I said previously my weight was seriously affecting my health alongside my mental health too this included having extreme amounts of anxiety and feeling too embarassed to leave my house. I have been properly on plan (with no takeaways) just before becoming a consultant, and within these 3 weeks and have already lost 1 stone, 2 pounds, and determined to loose more!

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.

How’s this different to other diet plans?
