I really do understand how hard the weight loss journey is - from when you are young and wanting to fit into the latest clothes, to being older and having to deal with the menopause! My promise to you is that I will be there with you for every Step, motivating and encouraging you through the good times and the bad!
I’ve been a yo-yo dieter for the past 30 years but have never managed to lose much weight, as I was stuck in a destructive binge/starve cycle. This went on until a few years ago, when I found out about the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. It worked for me as I didn’t have to think about planning, weighing or calories - everything was done for me. It took all of the stress out of being on a weight loss plan!
I must be honest, I did find the first few days hard but I did on every diet I had been on! However, after the third/fourth day I got used to my new regime and really enjoyed it - this was greatly helped by the variety of products I could choose from. I couldn't believe how fast the weight loss was - I could tell the difference in how my clothes fit, after just one week!
The 1:1 Diet plan has a great range of products such as shakes, bars, soups, meals, smoothies, porridge... and they are so tasty! You really won't feel like you are on a diet!
The plan consists of 6 Steps which take you from 3-4 products a day on Step 1a or 1b to 1 product a day on Step 6, which is Maintenance. The steps are important as you will learn how to manage your new way of eating.
Here's what to expect from your first consultation with me:
- Time: around 45 minutes
- Height & body measurements taken
- I'll weigh you and take your 'before' photo
- You will receive your starter pack and your products
- I'll go through everything with you and you can ask any questions
Thereafter we will have a weekly appointments of around 15 minutes.
