I have battled with my weight for years and since starting The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan I have finally found a plan that really works for me where I am seeing results and feeling great! as I continue on my journey I have become a Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant so I can help others achieve their goals!
I had never done The 1:1 Diet before but I have tried various plans and diets numerous times over the years and for me I have found that The 1:1 Diet has had the best benefits for me.
The key things which I have found great about The 1:1 Diet are:
No group meetings, all contact/support and weigh ins are 1:1
There is minimal food planning or prep which is great for me as when I’m hungry I can just grab a product!
If you stick to the the plan you see results quickly which really gives you a boost and helps you to keep motivated as you feel it’s worth it!
There are different plans to choose from depending on your budget and goals
