Hi, I'm Anita!

Beyond the bulge, having been overweight most of my life I can look back and see that my weight spiralled out of control during my teenage years. With hormones raging, I learned to cope with changes in both my body and life with food. I learnt to comfort eat which led to binge eating, which spiralled out of control. My weight ballooned to 18stone 7 pounds, I no longer weighed myself or looked in the mirror, denial was everything.  

When I reached 50, I could no longer avoid the person I had become, it was not who I wanted to be. I knew I needed to change my perspective on food, I achieved this through the support of my consultant, on a 1:1 basis, involving private weigh in, and through lockdown remote weigh in, where I took a picture of the number on the scale as evidence of weight loss all from the comfort of my own home!

 

With lots of emotional and motivational support and by enjoying the replacement food products available on the Cambridge Diet Weight Loss Plan., I lost weight quickly, and never felt hungry,

 

I had so many compliments, people telling me I looked amazing! This made all the difference to me and my journey, I felt happier and healthier than I had in years. All the Cambridge products have exactly the right number of vitamins and minerals you need, so in no time you are blooming!

As I neared my personal weight loss goal of 11 stone, which took me 7 months, my consultant guided me through the 1:1 Diet Steps Booklet:

Step 1 - 3 Cambridge products a day, at least 2.25 litres of water per day = 600 calories  

Step 2 - 3 Cambridge products a day, at least 2.25 litres of water per day and a 200 calorie Step Up Meal. = 800 calories 

Step 3 - 2 Cambridge products a day, at least 2.25 litres of water per day, a 200ml milk allowance, and a meal allowance up to 550 calories = 1000 calories

Step 4 - 2 Cambridge products a day, at least 2.25 litres of water per day, a 300ml milk allowance and a meal allowance of up to 700 calories = 1200 calories

Step 5 - 1 Cambridge product a day, at least 2.25 litres of water per day, a 300ml milk allowance and a meal allowance of up to 1100 calories = 1500 calories 

Step 6 - MAINTENANCE It was now time to maintain my goal weight eating a healthy diet of around 1500 calories per day and keep myself active!

How do I find the right Consultant?

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.

How’s this different to other diet plans?

The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.

You might have noticed each Consultant has an awards and achievements panel on their profile. Being a Consultant brings loads of benefits and as they build their business, Consultants achieve awards for their hard work.
