In June 2017 I was asked to be a bridesmaid for my friends amazing day, I was overjoyed and excited to be such a huge part for their special day but the reality of that overwhelmed me when I knew I'd want to lose weight to feel my best for her. However, I continued to eat an unhealthy diet as for me it was always, I'll start next Monday! I'll be completely honestly, I'm not the most motivated person and when it comes to busy family life, I struggled to put myself first. During a family holiday in August 2017 I realised just how unhappy my weight was making me feel, I did lots of research having previously tried other healthy eating plans and diets in the past having always struggled with my weight and self-confidence, especially since having children. I came across the 1:1 diet with Cambridge and found an amazing local consultant.
I decided to start on Step 1A because I wanted to see results quickly, the first week I lost a whopping 7lb's and 7.5inches, the following week, I lost another 4lb and 6inches by the end of week three, I'd lost 14lb (1 stone) and 16 inches total! I was over the moon and felt amazing for it! I fit into my bridesmaid dress and honestly felt so proud of myself!
I had smashed my first target, but I still wanted too (and needed to) lose more! I liked working with manageable targets which are realistic for me, my next mini goal was to have lost 1 1/2 stone for my daughters birthday. I began Step 2 and found this step suited me perfectly, I was having three products and a 200kcal guided meal each day which I enjoyed so much, who doesn't love not feeling too full & bloated. October came and I'd reached my next target, the feeling of really getting somewhere was keeping me motivated. I was waking up full of energy, 10x more active than before, enjoying my products and secretly for once in my life enjoying socialising because I genuinely felt good about myself! People were noticing the weight coming off. Within 9 weeks, with a few slip up's along the way I’d lost 22lb's and 27inches, I was the slimmest and healthiest I'd been in years!

How’s this different to other diet plans?
The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.

Being a Consultant brings loads of benefits and as they build their business, Consultants achieve awards for their hard work.
