I will help you to start your 1:1 plan by supporting you to choose the right step for you and then I will offer you regular support to encourage and cheer you on, to enable you to keep on track and make some real lifestyle changes.
The 1:1 plan is a lot more than just a weekly weigh in, it is a friendly and personalised plan with continued support throughout your journey.
Over 6 years ago, I lost 3 stone on the 1:1 Plan and I found that I had more energy, healthier lifestyle and I just felt happier in myself. I have used the 1:1 plan to help me to maintain my weight over 2 years. I am currently back on plan to continue my own weight loss journey.
