Hi my name is Tasha and this is exactly how I felt for a long time. So I decided to do something about it.
How many times have you said to yourself, “The diet starts Monday!” I did for so many Mondays I lost count and the weight kept creeping up! I had had a prolapsed disc and was unable to exercise a lot and that was one reason for the weight piling on. As my clothes size went up, my self esteem and confidence got very low as a result.
Enough was enough. It wasn’t going to happen on its own, it had to be down to me and something clicked. I was determined to make changes.
With support and encouragement I started on the plan and I haven’t looked back and have been losing weight steadily since I started. I am still on my journey and I would love to help you start yours and support you all the way.
I am a consultant working in Plymouth and surrounding areas. Everybody is an individual and the plan is flexible to suit your needs, goals and lifestyle. It’s a combination of 1:1 support and a variety of products, which are nutritionally balanced to enjoy alongside real food. It’s a simple six step plan which helps re-educate your attitude to food and maintain a healthier more balanced lifestyle.
I will join you every step of the way, whatever the reason might be for you to lose weight; such as health reasons, a holiday, a wedding or wanting to change your lifestyle. I will meet you in the comfort and privacy at my home or yours, where together we can plan the right choices for you. There are no weekly fees involved or the need to hike to the nearest group meeting.
