You’re probably thinking how is this diet any different than all the many other diets out there, how can this help me? I know, because that’s how I felt when I first looked into the Cambridge Weight Plan.
So let me tell you how it is different.
My reason for starting this diet was that I was looking to start IVF treatment and needed to lose 4 stone. I knew, from experience of every other diet that I had tried, that I was looking at 12-18 months minimum. Whilst rapidly approaching 40, I didn’t feel I had the luxury to wait that long. Like you may be feeling now, I was dubious, and felt it all sounded a bit “too good to be true”. I’d tried everything else, so I decided to give it a go.
I lost 2 stone and 3lbs in my first 9 weeks, I was sold. I was already half way to my goal weight in just 2 months. The speed in which I was losing weight kept me motivated to continue week on week, without the normal pangs of hunger and desire to have “treat nights”. I was having Maple & Pecan porridges, Vegetable soups, Spag Bol, allsorts – rounded off with an evening snack of Caramel Bites or a Toffee Bar. All very tasty, packed with nutrients, and most importantly, FILLING!
Nothing prepared me for the unexpected bonus of having so much more time on my hands! I didn’t have to waste hours on food prep, thinking about work lunches or preparing dinners, and I stopped spending more money than expected in the supermarket and wasting fortunes on takeaways that only left me feeling bloated and uncomfortable. In fact, it gave me time to learn about the different steps and how the plan actually tackles diet and lifestyle. Any concerns about putting all the weight back on, and it being another “fad diet” disappeared quickly.
This is a product that I believe in, and that, teamed up with my 18 years of leadership experience, is what will allow us to reach your goal.

Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. How’s this different to other diet plans?
