Up until I decided to take control I was ALWAYS the big one, ALWAYS the one that looked like a big fat giant in photos. I loved my friends, but I felt swful about myself when I was around them. I was always the one that got the "you've got such a pretty face" comments. Yep, shame about the rest of me I'm sure...

One day I'd just had enough. Heading towards my late 20s, single and completely fed up, I stumbled across the Cambridge Weight Plan and decided to give it a go. 

I lived alone, was single and socialised quite a lot. I made the diet fit around my life. In about 2 months I lost 2 stone and went from a size 18/20 to a size 12 on top and 14 on the bottom.

I wasn't thin particularly, but I was NORMAL SIZED! I easily kept the weight off for years

My husband and I decided to try for a family. It took it's toll on my body. EVERY SINGLE part of me gained weight. I swear even my toes were fatter! I put on over 4 stone being pregnant.

After the birth of our eldest I lost some of the weight naturally - you know the normal way when being a new mum like not having the time to eat anything and living on coffee. I seemed to stay around that magic 14stone mark - around my original weight before I did the diet 7 years a go. I must have a natural 'fat weight'

I fell pregnant with our youngest when my eldest was 6 months old. So again I piled the weight on, except this time I was at a 1.5-2stone heavier starting point than last time

I knew I had to do something about my weight after my second - and fast! I'd spent 3 years being a lot bigger and not fitting into any of my clothes. As soon as she hit 3 months old I contacted my nearest consultant. 

This time i had 2 babies and a husband who eats enough for 2 people.. a totally different lifestyle to before; and of course a few years older..

I made the diet fit my lifestyle again and found it easy to work it around my chidren - I'm back to pre-pregnancy size and want to help others achieve what i did!

Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.

How’s this different to other diet plans?
