Becky's Story

I knew I had to do something about my weight when I could no longer keep up with my daughter running around a playground. My weight was seriously affecting my health, and my health was affecting my weight - suffering with both an underactive thyroid and PCOS. Having tried many different diets over the years none had worked. I gave The 1:1 Diet a go and by the end of the year I was an amazing 7 stone lighter! 

I have always been someone who likes to help people. I worked as a teacher and volunteered as a Guide leader for many years. As a 1:1 Diet consultant I love my job of helping other people achieve success with their weight loss.

I know what it’s like to be overweight. I will help you all the way with your weight loss journey to achieve the same success I did with The 1:1 Diet.

Albert's Story

Overweight? Me? I’d never considered myself as someone that needed to lose weight but lockdown changed all that. When I jumped on the scales I was surprised to see how much weight I had gained.  It was time to do something about it. I had seen my wife achieve incredible success losing 7 Stone with The 1:1 Diet so I gave it a go.

Two months later I had lost 2 stone, that’s 20% of my body weight! I am now lighter than I have been since my teenage years. I'm enjoying my running more, achieving personal bests that I thought were beyond me.

Becky has been amazingly supportive from the get go – and especially during C-19, she has been a constant source of kindness and care, regularly checking in to see how I’m doing, as well as sending little messages of motivation.  The regular Friday weigh-in ensured that even during my most difficult weeks, I only rarely fell off track.  Without this plan I would envisage I would be looking at coming out of lockdown a lot heavier rather than losing weight! She’s very knowledgeable and happy to share recipes, tips and tricks - Becky has been through the whole process herself, so speaks from experience; she knows and appreciates your struggles and helps you get through them.

I gave  Albert a call at the end of September as my weight had crept up. We sat down and he put together a plan from there using 1:1 products as well as healthier food choices.

Albert will shoot me for saying it but there has been a couple of slips occasionally but the proof is in the scales. I am down a jeans size, had to put new holes in my belts and the list goes on.

I’m feeling healthier and lighter than I have been for a long time.
