Well what do i write and where to start. Well I've been over weight for a long time. Think it started when i was 20 years old. My husbands family was small so they ate large meals, as where i didnt. So the weight piled on when married and then having children. Then i got divourced at 35 and lost some. I Then met my new husband,we got married in october 2018. So i was in my 40's and i was a size 20/22. I Didnt want to lose weight for the wedding as i wanted to do it for me not a purpose. Now i have tried so many diets some helped and some didnt. I could never find a diet that suited me. So i got in touch with my friend, who had done amazing on the 1:1 diet. We had a chat and I started the plan in febuary 2019. The plan was so easy and i started to lose weight. In just over 3 months i lost 3 stone. It was such an amazing feeling. Where As before i hated shopping,I now enjoy it. I feel happier about trying on clothes. The confidence the weight loss has given me is priceless. The plan is easy and it is making me think about what i am eating, especially when i am going for meals. Instead of going for the burger and chips i now make better choices and have a fish or chicken with a salad!
I was made redunant in April and my head has been out of sorts. So sticking to plan has been very hard. I have maintained for whiile now,i do want to lose more so back on plan to get to where i want to feel good about myself. To feel healthy. It not about how much i weigh, it's about how i feel in myself.
After doing the diet i was appraoched to become a 1:1 diet consultant. To which i said yes. I have 2 clients so far and both are doing really well. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.
