I was introduced to the Cambridge Weight Plan 12 years ago, I decided the baby weight I had gained needed to disappear. Within 9 weeks the weight had gone, I maintained my weight (fluctuating 6lb) for 10 years.
2nd time around when I was unhappy with my weight again and couldn’t curb my ways, I reached out to a local consultant to keep me honest. You see I've always loved good food! My challenge was eating right when busy, the amount i ate, and bingeing when I was so exhausted and didn't have anything prepared. As work got busier my weight got heavier, after not eating all day I would eat anything and everything once I walked through the door. I would congratulate myself for not buying snacks on the way home, but I was eating whilst cooking or eating at 21:30 then going straight to bed.
I have a few health challenges which were made worst by this pattern of behaviour. Over a year I gained 2 stone, that’s 2 stone on my back, hips and knees. I didn't feel good, my clothes didn’t fit, I was tired, in pain and my skin was bad so I didn't look good either... that weight had to go. Worst still take-away food had become a regular occurrence; all my good habits had slowly disappeared! I needed to retrain my behaviour, to eat right with my busy life and fall in love with food again. I needed to take back control!
I set myself an achievable goal and smashed it, so I set myself another and smashed that. Even after losing the first 6 lbs I noticed a big difference. I could get out of bed in the morning and exercise pain free and have done for months. I honestly feel good on the inside and out.
So, whether you want to lose a little or a lot, for whatever reason, let’s do it together. Don't do it alone, every athlete has a coach. To learn something new, to change, you need someone cheering you on, someone to help quieten those demons, to keep you on the right path and to pick you up if and when you stumble.
Have fun whilst you are dieting, it’s one of the best things you can do for yourself. Let’s do it together.

Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. How’s this different to other diet plans?
