My 1-1 diet space is in private, warm garden building at my home. I have a modern set of bluetooth scales that allow me to measure not only your subcutaneous fat (the fat under your skin) but also your visceral fat that can lead to heart disease, strokes and other silent killers.
The scales help me monitor how your body is improving and changing throughout your journey. I also work with you on changing your mindset, giving you the tools to maintain your losses ending the yo-yo dieting for good.
I will also take regular measurements as the scales don't tell the whole story.
You might ask “HOW DO I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH?”
I have also been there, stuck in a cycle of feeling bad about my weight and eating rubbish to make myself feel better. Did it work? No!
The key is to have a WHY; my why was to be the healthiest and fittest mum that I could be. As an older parent I want to be around as long as possible and to take part in life, on be an onlooker!
I lost weight and I got fitter, in fact I am now the fittest I have ever been and I love to exercise as it is so good for getting your mindset in the right place and feeling good.
You will face hard times during your weight loss journery. The key is to not self destruct but to hit pause. Refocus on WHY you started and stick to plan. If you stumble don't punish yourself. You can't change yesterday but you can change today, and tomorrow...
