Hi, I'm Carol.

Hi, my name is Carol and I’ve lost 298 stone! “Wow” I hear you say “how is that even possible” but hold on a minute, don’t be so quick with the congratulations!  When I say that I’ve lost 298 stone what I actually mean is that I’ve put on and then lost the same 2 pounds each week, week in and week out for the last forty years which adds up to that amount!  We’ve all been there with the self talk “I’ll start on Monday and be good”.  What ‘good’ meant for me and I’m sure for many of you was actually being ‘bad’.  I would cut back on nourishing food during the week and lose a couple of pounds only for it to go back on after eating more at the weekend. By the following Monday I would be back to square one and be feeling fed up and frustrated. I also found that age just exacerbated the situation!  

Thankfully I found the answer in the Cambridge Weight Plan.  With the support of my fantastic Cambridge Consultant I found that I could combine the delicious and nutritionally balanced Cambridge products along with conventional food to have impressive and consistent weight loss.  I quickly got down to my goal weight and have maintained it ever since.  I now feel happy and healthy!

How do I find the right Consultant?

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.

How’s this different to other diet plans?
