I am an example that the plan works if you give it a chance. Since I can remember I have always struggled with my weight. The generous genes of my parents contributed not only to an easy muscle gain but also fat gain. Until the age of 14, that did not matter much. However, when was getting older by each month, seeing all my friends’ effortless gorgeous figures, I started to struggle with my self-esteemed, seeing myself always too ugly and too fat. I have tried many ways to lose weight, some with a little, some with none effect at all. The most beneficial was regular exercising, but at busy times, my food habits were catching up with me and I was gaining some weight back on. So eventually every time food was wining. I had all the knowledge and awareness not to allow it to happen yet found myself struggling.

My mum ones said that worst addictions are those to what we need in lives to survive- such as food. So how to fix the unhealthy relationship with food? I have found my answer in Cambridge Weight Plan.

I have first heard about it from two work colleagues and seen with my own eyes that plan works, and they are not miserable while doing it. I was ready to try it myself.  There were ups and downs, but soon after I have discovered that I do not feel hungry and regular contact with my consultant motives me to stay on track.

The benefits were greater than that. I have realised that is ok to refuse a drink and meet with friends for coffee rather than a meal. I found confidence in asking at restaurant for food which is healthy and that I cook better when I am on plan to the benefits of my family and friends. I have discovered what it means to feel happy with my body rather than trapped in it, finally feeling the real me.

I have realised that all tools and support are there and that it was always about that first step of saying let’s try! The journey to all of that, starts once you have thought of getting know more about CWP, so you are on it already!

How do I find the right Consultant?

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.

How’s this different to other diet plans?
