I have tried every diet going over the years and the story has always been the same, I would lose 2-3 stone slowly and then slowly put it all back on again. I just could not get my relationship with food under control.

I reached breaking point in June 2018 and realised I could not carry on this same path as with middle age approaching it was just going to get worse if I did nothing. My problem is with not knowing how much to eat and when to stop eating so for me taking food out of the equation was key. The promise of fast weight loss also appealed as I like to see results quickly to keep me on track. Once I found the correct Step for me with the help of my consultant the weight started to drop off and I was committed to keeping it off. I had several trips away and managed to keep the weight off which was a major achievement for me who usually let's it all go when I go on holiday.

I have kept the weight off easily because I now have a better understanding of what my body needs and I very rarely overeat these days and the feeling of being over stuffed is so unusual and uncomfortable that I don't want to feel that way anymore.

My self esteem was at rock bottom when I started and had been for many years. I am now much more confident both in my looks and in myself.

How’s this different to other diet plans?
