FEEL AMAZING WITH THE 1:1 DIET
“Sorry we have something else on that day”…….Over the years I’ve lost count of the Invitations to events that I have made an excuse not to attend because of my weight. The constant tiredness and lethargy that had become my everyday life. You name the diet, I tried it over the years. People can be cruel and unkind in their comments or judgements of someone who is overweight. I knew I didn’t want to feel like that anymore. I researched several diets but the constant articles in the Media about the success of VLCD’s piqued my interest and I decided to try the 1:1 Diet. I wanted quick results.
My weight loss was impressive; I had energy and slept well. My health improved and I was able to reduce my medication.
The flexibility of 1:1 really impressed me: I went on a 2 week holiday during my weight loss journey, taking some products with me. By following the advice from my Consultant, I managed only a 1½ lb gain. This was quickly lost in the first week back! For family reasons I took a break last year but now I'm back on it to lose my final 21lbs.
No other diet has given me this level of control of confidence. Cambridge Weight Plan products conform to current meal replacement and total diet replacement (TDR) regulations. They are nutritionally complete meeting the daily requirements for micronutrients, protein and essential fatty acids.

How do I find the right Consultant?
When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.
How often will I need to see my Consultant?
You’ll typically see your Consultant once a week for a weigh in and catch up, but you will have their phone number and you may get regular calls or texts from them in between appointments. A lot of our Consultants use Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to keep in touch with their dieters too. They’re there to support you, so make sure you lean on them when the going gets tough - as it sometimes will. They’ll know exactly how to keep you on track.
How’s this different to other diet plans?
The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.
