This diet changed my life.
Even as a child whilst the mothers of my peers shopped at the ‘5 Years Old’ section, my mother looked at the adult clothing section. I began to be conscious of my weight very early in life as I was ‘bigger’. Moving forward, whilst growing up as a teen I ate unnecessary amounts of food for every excuse I could think of, ofcourse when going into University I realised this HAD TO STOP. So I took portion control, starving and many more ‘diet rituals, alongside some work outs into my own hands. LOST SOME, but after going through some unfortunate life events I gained weight again.
Whilst trying to lose weight, I grasped that not having a guide, support and a clue will not work for me. Diets failed me over and over as they had no boundaries;realising that despite my ‘healthier eating habits’ I had put on extra weight, I ate even more simply because I felt ‘comfort’, ‘bored’ and at this point I was just ‘demotivated’ and most definitely ‘undisciplined’. Come to think about it, these are time and time again the reasons for most of us who struggle to lose weight.
After trying almost every diet on planet earth I heard of this diet known as the Cambridge Weight Plan. My college had a holiday booked and said that she has tried this before and it works like magic. I thought why not give it a go – BUT of course I didn’t right there and then as I had more EXCUSES up my sleeve. After some time, whilst looking at many different diets that I had not yet explored this diet plan came up again! I started to hear a lot of positive testimonies when I spoke about joining it at work and was recommended a great consultant!

How do I find the right Consultant?
When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.
How often will I need to see my Consultant?
You’ll typically see your Consultant once a week for a weigh in and catch up, but you will have their phone number and you may get regular calls or texts from them in between appointments. A lot of our Consultants use Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to keep in touch with their dieters too. They’re there to support you, so make sure you lean on them when the going gets tough - as it sometimes will. They’ll know exactly how to keep you on track.
How’s this different to other diet plans?
