I offer a premium service with Face to Face appointments in my home.  I'm based in Ludlow Town Centre, Shropshire.  I also offer online weekly consultations, so I can support you wherever you are in the United Kingdom.

My story

After being 'on a diet for 25 years' with mostly zero success, I finally lost 2 stone in 2 months on Plan and have maintained for 5 years now.  Embarking on The 1:1 Diet was one of the best decisions I ever made - the Plan and my Consultant turned my life around.  Losing my weight and then working up through the Steps to maintenance taught me all I needed to know about never being over weight again.  What a sense of freedom!

My slimmers said ...

Lizzie made my weight loss journey easy and convenient.  She understood my time constraints as I work nights/long hours.  My difficulty was late night eating (the dreaded take-aways) and I always stuggled with this/made wrong choices, but she explained all my options and gave me excellent tips and advice on how best to use my products when I started on the plan.  For me, the bars and ready shakes were a life-saver as were the water flavourings.  Being weighed at home (very early) and having my products brought to me was a huge convenience.  Ever grateful.
