Weight gain during lockdown? No worries, I'm here to help. I'm starting to see my clients again from end of Aug 2020 and am now taking bookings so contact me for your FREE consultation and to frame advantage of my post lockdown offers.
I am based in Upton, Poole
I was such a slim teenager and as a young adult wore a dress size 10. I met my husband in 1985, got married and had 2 children. That’s when the pounds started to pile on. I convinced myself the weight gain was because I was a full time mother and had little or no time for myself. I got to the point where I was so ashamed of my body that I started to wear baggy clothes (black) and hoped no one would notice. I could only buy my clothes from plus size shops or from catalogues.
I have tried many diets over the years but nothing worked for me. For 26 years I hated myself and my body. I went on family holidays but never went on the beach or sit by the pool and if I had to I would never wear a swimming costume. It was embarrassing. In Oct 2016 I came across the Cambridge Weight Plan website and found a Consultant close to me. I was shocked when she weighed me for the first time. I was almost 20 stone and I was a dress size 26. So I started the CWP there and then. I started losing weight immediately, I could not believe it - it was so exciting. In 18 weeks I lost 4 stone*
I now have my life back and now want to help others like my Consultant helped me. So email me or give me a call. What’s stopping you?
* The weight lost and/or timeframes are particular to this slimmer. Everyone's weight loss journey is unique to them.

From my lovely clients
"I was diagnosed diabetic in 2006 and have been taking insulin since 2010. After spending 2 years going down the gym 3 times a week doing cardio, I had only lost a few pounds. My diabetes was really bad - when I attended a group session at the hospital I realised my readings were off the scale compared to everyone else. Even a 70 year old gentleman who had been diabetic for decades had readings that I would have been be proud of. The hospital referred me to 1:1 and gave me Pam's details in December 2018. On 3rd January 2019 I started with Step 4 - to avoid hypos as advised. After 6 months I moved to Step 5 and continued to lose slowly but steadily. 54 weeks later and 3 stones lighter, I was discharged from the hospital last week. I now take no insulin and am officially classed as 'prediabetic'. Pam's help and encouragement made the difference for me. She has been a great help and I couldnt have done it without her support."MR L
How do I find the right Consultant?
When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.
How’s this different to other diet plans?
The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.
What’s the Awards and Achievements panel on Consultant’s webpages?
You might have noticed each Consultant has an awards and achievements panel on their profile. Being a Consultant brings loads of benefits and as they build their business, Consultants achieve awards for their hard work. This might be from superb support to all of their clients to help them hit those weight-loss goals, to helping others in their team build their own successful business. The 1:1 Diet is all about recognising and rewarding these efforts and part of the reward is giving Consultants badges on their webpage, to show you what they’ve achieved.
